We install, repair, and maintain Trane, Amana, Carrier, Goodman, Lennox, Daikin, Rheem, Bosch, Mitsubishi Electric, Bryant, Ruud, Johnson Controls, and York equipment across the Central Valley. We're not tied to one manufacturer's dealer network, so the brand on your system doesn't limit what we can do for you.
Two of these carry a certification worth knowing about. We're a certified Daikin VRV dealer, trained specifically on their variable refrigerant flow systems for homes and commercial buildings. We also hold dealer status on Bosch heat pump equipment.
On the other ten brands, our technicians work brand-agnostic. We diagnose the system in front of us and fix or replace it right, no matter whose name is stamped on the cabinet.
Which Brand Is On Your System?
Trane
A heavy-built line that often runs past fifteen years with proper maintenance, which changes the repair-or-replace math on an older unit.
Daikin
Our certified line for variable refrigerant flow systems. Daikin also owns Goodman and Amana, so parts and technical support cross over between all three brands.
Goodman
Owned by Daikin. Parts are widely stocked and inexpensive, which keeps a repair worth doing on a system others might tell you to replace.
Amana
The residential brand under the Daikin and Goodman family. Same parts network, same reliable availability.
Bosch
Our other certified dealer line, and the one we reach for most on heat pump installs and dual-fuel setups.
Carrier
Carrier also owns Bryant, so the parts crossover between the two brands is wide even on older or discontinued models.
Bryant
Built by the same manufacturer as Carrier. Reliable parts access even on systems installed well over a decade ago.
Lennox
A brand where more parts are ordered than kept on the shelf locally, so we quote you the wait time before we start rather than after.
Rheem
Rheem also owns Ruud, so a lot of the same components and warranty support apply across both brands.

Built by Rheem's parent company. Same support network as Rheem equipment.
York
A Johnson Controls brand, along with Coleman and Luxaire. Parts and service documentation are shared across that family of equipment.

The manufacturer behind York and several other commercial and residential lines. We service and install their commercial equipment across our service area.
Mitsubishi Electric
Ductless equipment, where most performance issues trace back to how the system was installed rather than a fault in the unit itself. A strong fit for additions, garages, and homes without existing ductwork.

What Your Model and Serial Number Tell Us
You don't need to know your HVAC brand before you call. Two numbers do most of the talking.
Where to find them
Look for a metal data plate on the side of your outdoor unit, and a second one inside the furnace access panel. A quick phone photo of both saves time on every call after this one.
What the model number tells us
The digits usually point to capacity, measured in tons of cooling, and to the equipment's efficiency tier. Together they tell us whether your system was sized right for your house in the first place, which matters more than the brand on the box.
What the serial number tells us
Buried in that string is the year your equipment was built. A furnace built in 2008 and one built in 2020 need very different conversations, no matter whose name is on the front.
Read us both numbers over the phone, and we can often tell you what's likely going on before a truck leaves the shop.
Three Questions Worth Asking Before You Sign Anything
Whether you call us or someone else, these three separate a real quote from a guess.
What does the load calculation say?
This is a room-by-room measurement of how much heating and cooling your house actually needs. A lot of quotes skip it and just match your old unit's size, which repeats whatever sizing mistake was made last time. An oversized system short-cycles, leaves your home humid, and wears out early.
Were the outdoor unit and indoor coil tested together?
A system is two matched halves. The efficiency rating on the sticker only holds if that exact outdoor-and-indoor pairing was tested as a set. Ask for both model numbers on your quote, and ask if they're a certified match.
What readings came back on startup?
Refrigerant should be weighed in, not guessed. Airflow gets measured. The temperature drop across the coil gets recorded. The trade calls this commissioning, and it's the difference between a system that's installed and one that's installed correctly.

No. Certified dealer status applies to Daikin VRV and Bosch. On the other brands, we service and install brand-agnostic, based on what fits your home best.
Do I have to replace my system with the same brand?
No. Matching your ductwork and your home's actual heating and cooling load matters more than matching your old badge. We'll walk you through the options for your house specifically.
Will you service a system you didn't install?
Yes. The manufacturer's parts warranty stays with the equipment no matter who installed it, and we can help you work through a warranty claim on most major brands.
Which brand do you recommend?
It depends on your house, your ductwork, and what you're trying to fix. We'll tell you straight rather than push whatever's sitting in the warehouse.
