We are looking for HVAC Install Technicians with experience in the installation of split systems, package units, mini splits, and ductless systems. • Journeyman Starting Salary: $35.00/hour (4-5 years experience preferred)
• Apprentice Starting Salary:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A self-motivated individual with the ability to problem solve and multitask who has experience in troubleshooting in low voltage/line voltage, and can read plans.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, and have the physical capability to navigate rooftops, under homes, and in attics.
• EPA Certification (preferred)
• Experience a plus but not required: sheet metal fabrication, refrigeration knowledge, welding, and general construction knowledge.
• 10-hour shifts with mandatory overtime.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Must have a valid social security card and driver’s license with a good driving record. New hires are subject to a background check and drug screening.
